Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Smart QR Tag, we strive to provide high-quality digital and physical products. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Services

Since QR Codes, subscriptions, and account activations are digital services, they become active immediately after purchase. Therefore, payments made for digital services are generally non-refundable.

2. QR Sticker Orders

If you order printed QR stickers and they have not yet been dispatched, you may request cancellation. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

3. Damaged Products

If you receive damaged or defective QR stickers, please contact us within 7 days with photographs of the product. After verification, we may offer:

• Replacement
• Reprint
• Refund (where applicable)

4. Duplicate Payments

If your payment was deducted more than once for the same order, please contact us. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund the current billing cycle.

• Net Banking : 5–10 Business Days
